At House of Cavani, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
